A dental implant is a replacement root or tooth made of titanium, a biocompatible material, that is attached to a crown, bridge, denture or a brand-new set of permanent teeth.
Dental implants act and feel very much like natural teeth. When you replace a tooth with a dental implant, you can feel peace of mind that you have a strong, functioning tooth once again. And, unlike a dental bridge, you don’t have to shave down and cap the adjacent teeth in order to hold the bridge in place.
Both doctors pursue extensive continuing education to stay up to date with the latest dental implant technology, and are highly skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of implant dentistry.
Dr. Randy Greenberg is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and an instructor at Advanced Implant Education, a dental institute that trains dentists in the implementation of dental implant technology. Throughout his career, he has successfully treated hundreds of dental implant patients in need of stable tooth replacement.
As a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Stephen is highly trained in the latest dental implant techniques and technologies.

Drs. Randy and Stephen Greenberg begin implant treatment with detailed 3D imaging of your teeth and bone. This allows them to see exactly where implants can be placed safely and effectively.
Using this information, they plan your implant procedure in advance and create a surgical guide. This means your implants can be placed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, helping ensure a stable result and a smoother procedure.

Using this information, they plan your implant procedure in advance and create a surgical guide. This means your implants can be placed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, helping ensure a stable result and a smoother procedure with little to no incisions or stitches.

The doctors thoroughly explain the procedure and how to take care of your implants post-surgery.

Patient comfort is a top priority at Greenberg Dental, and we offer amenities to help you stay comfortable, including videos during treatment, or you can opt for oral sedation if you need extra help with relaxation.

Final, aesthetically crafted teeth made from porcelain or zirconia are attached once the implants have healed (integrated with the bone). All patients leave with temporary teeth in the visible area of their smile. New Teeth in One Day: full-mouth teeth replacement patients get attractive, functional new teeth on the same day as surgery.
Dental implants are the most stable and natural tooth replacement options available. Implants are anchored in the jaw and provide a more permanent alternative to a dental bridge or dentures. Dr. Greenberg offers several implant options to replace missing or failing teeth and will help you choose the best solution to fit your oral health goals.

The best option for replacing a single tooth is a dental implant topped with an abutment and crown.

An implant-supported bridge can replace multiple adjacent teeth using as few as two implants.

Sick of loose dentures? Stabilize your dentures with two to four dental implants. These removable implant-supported dentures are also an economical option for full-teeth replacement.

Two to four implants can stabilize a denture, improving chewing ability and preventing it from moving while eating, talking, or laughing.

Carla • Upper and lower New Teeth in One Day
“Dr. Greenberg really cares for his patients. Doctors like him are few and far between.”
“When I first met Dr. Greenberg, my teeth were in very rough shape. I was told previously they had to be removed. I put this off for years and dealt with daily pain and bleeding. I never smiled and always had heartburn. I was very uncomfortable with my removable denture and decided to go with New Teeth in One Day.
“Dr. Greenberg explained every step and made sure I was comfortable with what we were doing. I had the privilege of getting to meet the lab people on the day of the temporary denture install. To my amazement, everything fit like a glove the first time. I would have never thought the process would be that simple.
“From my health to my career, I have benefited in so many ways, and my smile is back! It’s like a fresh start. I would recommend this to anyone. Dr. Greenberg is the best!”

We plan treatment carefully using 3D imaging and guided techniques, which improves efficiency and precision and means there is generally no cutting or stitches.
We explain each step thoroughly and offer oral sedation when needed, as well as thoroughly numb the area. For complex procedures, we can arrange anesthesia services in-office. Most patients are surprised by how manageable the procedure is and often report little post-treatment discomfort.
Timelines vary depending on bone quality and the type of treatment needed. If there is insufficient bone to place an implant, we might need to place a bone graft first and allow that to stimulate bone growth. In all cases, patients are provided with a temporary tooth or teeth while the implant and/or bone graft heals.
New Teeth in One Day patients get fixed-in, aesthetic and functional new teeth while their implants integrate, with no bone grafting needed. Two to three months after their procedure, they will receive their final teeth.
Cost depends on how many teeth are being replaced and whether bone grafting is required. We provide clear pricing during your consultation and review financing options. Our prices are competitive and include all needed implant treatment.
